How do I get paid?
Once you enroll as an affiliate, you will be provided with your personal link to share. That ensures that when you share your link on your own social media accounts both leads and sales are tracked and credited to you. Inside your affiliate account you simply add your PayPal email address and receive your commissions every 30 days in your PayPal account. Easy-peasy!
Do I need to purchase a membership to be an affiliate?

First of all, let me share a couple of quick facts about me.
I experienced "nurses eat their young" for the first time as a nursing student.
I've been intimidated by nurses with "strong personalities" and had to learn to be really assertive.
I became a nursing leader early in my career and was given no training on how to lead.
I've experienced burnout and major depression to the point that I couldn't work for 3 years.
No matter where I've worked in my 30+ year career as a nurse a toxic work environment found me 90% of the time.
I've been a single mom of young children having to figure out childcare for super-early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
I know the difficulty of choosing between holidays I could spend with my family.
I know how tired we are as nurses of waiting for a better work environment, a better schedule, better pay, and better culture.
Bottom line, I've been there and done that. And until now, there wasn't a cool t-shirt!
